Day 1: Hanoi – Halong bay (L, D)

HONGHATOUR’s Car and tour guide will pick you up at the hotel about 8.00 depart to Ha Long city – the capital of Quang Ninh province. We stop half way for a short break in Hai Duongprovince. Arrive in Ha Long city about 11.30.

Have lunch at a local restaurant or on the boat. After lunch, the guide takes you to the boat for cruising Ha Long Bay (4 – hours), where you have a chance to visit the two most beautiful caves – Thien Cung cave or the Palace Of Heaven Grotto and Dau Go Cave or Wooden Stake Grottoand we take a look at the Floating Village of the fisherman and the Fighting cocks rock, Lư Hương rock, …..At about 4.00 pm the boat goes back to Ha Long city and we get on the bus to go back to Ha Noi. We arrive in Ha Noi at about 7.00 pm.

Day 2: Halong – Sapa (B, L, D).

HONGHA’S Car and guide will pick you up at hotel and transfer to the Hanoi Train Station. Take a night train to Lao Cai Railway station. Overnight on the train.

DAY3:  LAO CAI – CATCAT VILLAGE                             ( B / L/ D)

Our guide meets you at the Lao Cai train station, and you depart for Sapa by minibus. Arriving in Sapa mid-morning, you check in to the hotel, have breakfast and some time for R&R. After lunch, our guide takes you to visit two Black H’mong villages (Cat Cat Village) and a waterfall. There, you will have a chance to see the hydroelectric power station built by the French.

After that, it’s back to Sapa for dinner. In the evening, you’re free to do as you wish. You can explore the town of SaPa, and we highly recommend a stop at the Love Market (only on Saturday night).


After breakfast, our guide takes you to visit Ham Rong mountain.

You’ll eat lunch either with an ethnic minority family or on the way back to Lao Cai to catch a night train back to Hanoi, arriving the next morning at 5:00 am.

 Day 5: Hanoi city tour. (B,L)

8h00 AM Departure. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho”s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh”s house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi . Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple ( Taoist, dating from the Ly Dynasty ) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake ( One of the oldest pagoda in Vietnam ). Have Lunch.
1h30 PM : After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam”s first university constructed in 1070, it”s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam”s past. We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful waters, and visit Ngoc Son temple. For the end of the tour journey visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter. Free for shopping. Our bus take you back to your hotel. End the tour.

Note: On Monday and friday morning, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ethnic museums are closed – Bat Trang pottery village will be arranged as substitution.
